We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. Slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.

 

 

3. Sizing & Compatibility

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct device model when ordering. Instructions for identifying your Kindle model are provided in our product listings. If your device model is not listed, we do not carry a compatible case.

 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging for store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the wrong device size is ordered.

• Shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.

• To initiate a return, please email [your email] with your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

 

 

5. Processing & Shipping

 

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.

• If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the order date, please contact us at [your email].

• Odd Rows is not automatically alerted to shipping delays; customers may also file a claim directly with the carrier.

• Once shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.

 

 

6. Delivery Issues

 

During high-volume shipping periods, carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before actual delivery. If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please wait 2 days before contacting us.

 

 

7. Quality Issues

 

Our products are designed to be durable but should be handled with care.

 

• Customers have 30 days from delivery to report quality concerns or damage from shipping.

• Email oddrows@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage to initiate a claim.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, logos, images, and product names are the intellectual property of Odd Rows. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability
