Return Policy

 

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging for store credit only. Please note that cash refunds are not offered.

 

If an incorrect case size was ordered, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your store credit once the item has been received and inspected. Store credit can then be used toward a replacement or the correct size.

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

While our cases and are designed with durability in mind, they’re not indestructible and should be handled with care.

 

If you experience any quality issues or damage due to shipping, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. To report an issue, email oddrows@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to assist.
